For clarity, all Pentalver Road Haulage Operations are conducted in accordance RHA Conditions of Carriage.

Please also be reminded that all Haulage Sub-Contractors are engaged on the same Conditions of Carriage. But liability, specifically the Stirling Per Tonne Gross Weight value, is uplifted to £5,000.00. See Clause 11.1(c) of the RHA Conditions of Carriage. It is Company Policy that all Subcontractors have the requisite Goods In Transit Insurance to cover this uplift, as at 11th November 2015.

All other Depot activities are undertaken in accordance with BIFA Standard Trading Conditions.
